To attain certification, organizations must demonstrate acceptable compliance with ISO 9001:2015. The certification decision by AACI d.o.o. is based on the findings of the audit. An organization can receive one of the following two certification decisions: Certified or Certification Denied.
These decisions are based on whether the organization meets the decision rules. A certified organization receives an approved audit report, letter, and certificate.
Meeting ISO 9001:2015 Standards is an achievement acknowledged by the award of an AACI Certification Logo.
Certification remains valid until withdrawn, or as long as the healthcare organization continues to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard.
