About the Role

Regional Business Associates serve as AACI India’s regional representatives, helping healthcare organizations understand, adopt, and benefit from internationally recognized accreditation, quality improvement, and capacity-building programs.

The role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, strong professional relationships within the industry, and the ability to engage with healthcare leaders, hospital management teams, and key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent AACI India within the assigned region.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, healthcare systems, and healthcare leaders.
  • Promote AACI accreditation, quality improvement, patient safety, training, and capacity-building initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for healthcare organizations to enhance operational excellence and clinical quality through AACI programs.
  • Support awareness-building activities, professional engagements, workshops, and networking initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between healthcare organizations and AACI India.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for senior healthcare professionals who possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of healthcare industry experience.
  • Strong professional networks and established relationships within hospitals and healthcare organizations.

We’re seeking dedicated healthcare professionals who are passionate about improving care quality, driven by challenge, and equipped with the experience, professionalism, and vision to help AACI achieve its mission of advancing global healthcare excellence.

What Is an AACI Surveyor?

An AACI Surveyor is a trained healthcare professional responsible for assessing the performance of healthcare organizations against AACI’s internationally recognized standards. Surveyors are part of an elite, globally distributed team of experts who ensure healthcare facilities meet the highest benchmarks in safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Our surveyor team is composed of:

  • Senior medical professionals (Physicians, Nurses, Healthcare Executives)
  • Healthcare managers and administrators
  • Specialists in physical environment and life safety

All surveyors must possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of hospital experience
  • Recent and relevant clinical or administrative expertise
  • A deep understanding of healthcare accreditation frameworks and quality management systems
