“Risks to patients, staff, and organizations are prevalent in healthcare. Thus, it is necessary for an organization to have qualified healthcare risk managers to assess, develop, implement, and monitor risk management plans with the goal of minimizing exposure. There are many priorities to a healthcare organization, such as finance, safety and most importantly, patient care. To be effective, an organisation’s risk management plan requires the development and maintenance of an ongoing process that enables the identification, analysis, evaluation, and treatment of risks that may impact the organisation and this is the message we want to convey during this Congress” says Dariuzs Rycek, Center of Excellence CEO and AACI Managing Director Central & East Europe.
