Hendersonville, NC, USA – AACI is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Erwin Dave Gonzales as Country Director, AACI Japan and the Philippines, effective immediately. This appointment was formally approved by the AACI Board of Directors.
With more than 18 years of experience in healthcare systems transformation, hospital integration, accreditation strategy, and executive advisory, Dr. Gonzales brings exceptional leadership to AACI’s regional growth.
His strong Japan experience includes work with major hospital networks and academic medical centers such as Tokushukai Medical Group, AGEO Central Medical Group, Nagoya University Hospital, Fujita Health University Hospital, and Toranomon Hospital.
With education from Harvard Medical School, Harvard Business School, LIFA, and New Era University, his strengths in governance, accreditation, clinical operations, and performance improvement will significantly strengthen AACI’s presence in Japan and support sustainable expansion in the Philippines.
