Use of Certification Mark and AACI Logo
Upon successful completion of the certification process, certified organizations are granted the right to use the AACI Certification Mark and AACI Logo. These visual identifiers are provided along with the Management System Certification (MSC) certificate, accompanied by detailed usage instructions.
To maintain the integrity and credibility of the AACI brand, all certified organizations must adhere to the following rules when using the certification mark and logo:
Usage Guidelines
- Logo Integrity
The certification mark and AACI logo must be used in their entirety, including all borders and design elements. While size and color may be adjusted, the aspect ratio must remain unchanged to preserve the original proportions. - Scope Representation
The logo must not be used in a way that suggests certification applies to sites, activities, or services that are outside the defined scope of certification. - Acceptable Placement
The mark may be used on:- Business documents
- Websites
- Business cards
- Catalogs
- Marketing materials and promotional items
When placed next to the organization’s logo, the AACI mark must not exceed the size of the organization’s own logo.
- Permission for Modifications
Any modification or adaptation of the AACI logo is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from AACI. - Prohibited Use
The AACI logo must not be used on laboratory test reports or results under any circumstances. - Validity Period
The use of the AACI certification mark and logo is only permitted during the period in which the organization holds a valid certification contract with AACI. Use must cease immediately upon expiration, suspension, or withdrawal of certification.
Failure to comply with these usage guidelines may result in corrective action, including withdrawal of certification rights.
