Dr. John D. Bell is the President of AACI. He has practiced Anesthesiology and pain medicine for 24 years clinically in both private and military settings. Emergency medicine is also a second skill.
He is currently a licensed physician in the state of North Carolina and Virginia, a diplomate of the American College of Anesthesiology, and the American Board of Anesthesiology. He has had nine years board experience (three years as Chairman) on the Henderson County Board of Health, additionally he has served 14 years on the governing board of directors at Pardee Memorial Hospital in Hendersonville, North Carolina.
Pardee Hospital is a member of the University of North Carolina Hospital System and the first ISO 9001 Certified hospital in the state of North Carolina.
Dr. Bell has been a lead surveyor doing hospital accreditation surveys in the United States and Europe. Currently his work has expanded to the European Union with AACI Healthcare accreditation, a deemed authority for hospitals in Europe.
John contributes to community service, missionary efforts, and disaster relief. In addition he owns and operates Bell Enterprises, manufacturing wood products for the custom home-builder. He is married and has three children and ten grandchildren.
